This site was developed to inform health professionals about nutrition and eggs, as well as provide information to be handed out to their patients. The following professionals were the intended target audience so the design had to be highly functional if it was to appeal to the professionals:

Practice Nurses; Community Nurses; School Nurses; Health Visitors; General Practitioners; Health Promotion Specialists; Dieticians; Nutritionalists; Journalists

The site navigation had to be adaptable for new sections to be introduced at phase 2 development: a simple pie chart style device was developed to suggest the analytical aspects of the site, with differing colour schemes for each section.
